If your application is approved for adoption, and you are unable to keep the bird for any reason, you must immediately notify Kuwait Avian Protection Center and arrange to return the bird. The bird must remain in your home. You may not give or sell the bird to anyone else without the prior approval of Kuwait Avian Protection Center.

You must contact Kuwait Avian Protection Center with change of address and phone numbers if you move.

Thank you for taking the time to complete this application. Kuwait Avian Protection Center reserves the right to refuse adoption to any applicant. If approved, this application becomes a part of the adoption contract. Due to the responsibilities involved in pet ownership and the possibility of incurring costs associated with veterinary care, all applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
